The Karen Country Club offers to its members an ultra-modern gym equipped with high end fitness equipment and energizing audio visual equipment including a cardio fitness zone. The facility is manned by highly experienced and internationally certified fitness trainers who offer both group fitness training as well as personal training in a professional and fun environment.

The facility also offers: computerized fitness testing, personalized exercise programming, personal training, variety of fitness activities that includes strength training, muscle  development, stretch & flexibility training as well as cardio fitness development, Nutrition and weight management advisory services as well as a contact physiotherapist for those who need physiotherapy treatments.

Weekdays: 6.00 am – 9.00 pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: 7.30 am – 7.30 pm


Fitness Studio

The fitness facility has a large airy aerobics studio with suspended wooden floor offering a variety of fun and challenging group fitness classes that includes: Zumba fitness, Rumba Afro-fusion fitness, Tae-bo, body conditioning, body pump, high-low aerobics, step classes, Yoga, tabata and Ball & mart Pilates among other group fitness programs. The different classes are offered at different times based on the advertised studio program.
